Justin and his family decided to move to the Biddleville/West End area of Charlotte because of the longstanding history represented by the African-American community there . Growing up on the southside of Atlanta, Justin looked to parts of Charlotte that were similar to his hometown in promoting growth of minority and women owned businesses and had a unique history of minority churches and neighborhoods. Since calling Charlotte’s west side home, he has has continued to initiate and support efforts to make the west side a better place for families, small businesses and students. Justin and his wife, Kiara, love to travel and go to the movies. They have one son, Remington.
